1. RETURN WINDOW

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. RETURN PROCESS

  • Return Method: By mail.

  • Return Label: For defective products (incorrect item, damaged by carrier, or faulty printing), we will provide a prepaid return label via email. For “change of mind” or exchange for a different size/color, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. RETURN & RESTOCKING FEES

  • Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fee ($0.00).
  • Return Shipping Cost: * For defective/damaged items: $0.00 (We cover the cost).
  • For customer’s remorse (wrong size chosen, color preference): Actual cost of return shipping.

4. DAMAGED, INCORRECT ITEMS, AND PRINTING ERRORS

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. As our products are printed on demand, we take full responsibility for:
  • Items received with holes, tears, or stains.
  • Printing errors (blurred images, incorrect design, or peeling).
  • Receiving the wrong size or color compared to your order.
    In these cases, please send a photo of the item to [email protected]. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.

5. EXCHANGES (SIZE & COLOR)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Since each T-shirt is custom-printed for you, please double-check our Size Chart before ordering to avoid unnecessary shipping costs.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Personalized/Customized Items: Items that feature your custom names, photos, or specific personal text cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Gift Cards: Non-returnable.
  • Sale Items: We accept returns on sale items under the same 30-day window policy as regular-priced items (Google Policy Compliance).

7. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
